Project Overview:
Designed a comprehensive, 19-page multi-platform political action and compliance guide for the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) ahead of the 2026 municipal elections. The primary objective was to transform complex campaign frameworks, legal contribution rules, and mobilization strategies into an inspiring, highly structured, and scannable document for local union leaders.
Design Strategy & Execution:
Dynamic Directional Graphics:
Incorporating a bold, geometric arrow motif throughout the layout injects a sense of movement, energy, and focused direction aligned with the toolkit's theme of mobilization. These dynamic graphic elements serve a dual purpose: they break up dense text blocks and act as structural signposts, instinctively directing the viewer's eye seamlessly to key deadlines, callouts, and next steps.
Visual Identity:
Anchored the publication in the organization’s high-visibility color palette—utilizing a bold, energetic yellow paired with deep charcoal grids to convey urgency, professionalism, and community power.
